Description of the problem	The brand and model of the tires of my 2016 jeep renegade are good year eagle sport. With just 9 months of using the bus, the tires began to dent and present some holes. I contacted the customer service department of the jeep and good year. The representative of good year told me that i could not honor the defect of the tires because those tires were not made for the climate of puerto rico and that this an aesthetic defect and not insecure. Which i disagree because they can break while the car is moving.
