| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2016 jeep renegade. While driving 35 mph, the contact lowered the rear window. The outside air rushed inside the vehicle and made a high-pitched noise against the roof of the vehicle. The noise caused the contact to become disoriented and dizzy. The contact searched online and found many complaints related to the failure. The contact rolled the window back up and the noise went away. The contact even tried lowering the window a little bit at a faster speed and the noise increased in volume with air seeping into the headliner. The manufacturer stated that nothing could be done and all the vehicles had the same issue. The contact was referred to an unknown dealer where the contact was informed again that nothing could be done. The failure mileage was 20,874. |
