Description of the problem	Went to mavis tires for a tire rotation 1/28/20 after leaving the chrysler/jeep dealership for transmission fluid change told 9 speed sealed never needs anything . The guys at mavis said that my lug bolts were swollen and that they could not do the work and that i needed to go to the dealership and have them replaced because only chrysler / jeep make the part. My jeep has only 49,800 miles and the mavis guys told me that i needed lug replacements back in november 2019 , i have owned many cars and trucks in the past and never had to replace lugs bolts on a vehicle with such low miles on it . They checked it both stationary and in motion to make sure they are on properly the guys at mavis also told me when i requested an alignment that they tested drove it first and told me it didn't need one but i felt it roll more to the right that was in 8/2019 so now with four new tires first in 8/20219 for two then 10/2019 which is why i felt it was time to rotate the tires but couldn't get this done due to the swelled up lug bolts on all four tires
