| Description of the problem | I purchased this vehicle brand new from a jeep dealer in 2017. I noticed less than two weeks after purchase that the passenger seat belt sensor was malfunctioning. The seat belt signal goes off randomly when a passenger is riding while wearing the seat belt. My 19 year old daughter has intellectual disability as well as a fear of alarms of many types, including the seat belt signal. It is more than an inconvenience, it's an ongoing annoyance. |
