Description of the problem	My car just stopped working in the middle of the highway while driving 55 mph!!. It just died. Luckily 3 strangers pushed me to safety. It started working soon afterward only to get stuck in the middle of the road again. It was towed to my mechanic and diagnosed that the crankpostition sensor is bad. It is recalled on other 2016 jeep patriots but not covered on this one. It was manufactured before the recall. I hope you will consider including this car under the recall. My daughter was driving the car and she could have been seriously injured. The abrupt stopping of this vehicle on a highway is a serious safety hazard. I am so thankful that she was not injured but it could have been so much worse. We had no idea what was wrong with the car and am upset to know that this faulty sensor caused this to happen. It should be recalled to prevent possible injury to others.
