Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2016 jeep patriot. While driving approximately 20 mph, the contact veered and crashed the front passenger side of the vehicle into the rear driver side of a parked vehicle. The contact sustained a concussion, fractured nose, and a busted lip that required medical attention. The contact would need surgery in the future. A police report was filed.
