Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2015 jeep patriot. While operating the vehicle, all the instrument panel warning indicators illuminated and the vehicle would not immediately start. On several occasions, while driving, the vehicle would suddenly fail to accelerate properly and shut off. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the throttle converter was faulty. The throttle converter was replaced, but the failures continued. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The dealer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 65,000. *bf consumer stated the first major issue occurred in march where i attempted to start my vehicle, it wouldn't start, and all lights on the dashboard were lit up... Including a red lightning bolt in which i never have seen before! The vehicle did start for a moment, then locked up and coasted forward where i put on the brakes to stop vehicle due to obvious/ problem. Problem occured more than consumer could count. Radio wouldn't work properly.
