| Description of the problem | My jeep has 44000 miles on it, while out of town camping my jeep just started shutting off, at all speeds with no warning. This is very scary with small children in the car. I managed to get my jeep to a jeep dealership, who told me my throttle control box failed !!!!! At 44000 thousand miles!! $$$$1200. 00 later and 8 hours i was on my way again, but the very next day i started having the same issue so far its happen twice again. The part i find strange is that this same thing happen to the lady sitting next to me at the dealership, so someone please tell me why this would happen to a newer jeep with low millage, both myself and the other lady are grandmas and not out 4 wheeling or being ruff on our jeeps. I need some answers and want jeep to pay for the repair! |
