| Description of the problem | I purchased a 2015 jeep patriot on march 21 with 22 miles on the odometer. After a few days the car began drifting to the right. The owners manual indicated this was normal for the first 500 miles. Over the course of a few days the car starting pulling hard to the right. On thursday april 2 the car began suddenly jerking hard to the right almost sending me into a concrete barrier. After returning the car for service and being assured the jeep was properly aligned the car continued to pull hard to the right. The car also would suddenly jerk hard to the right. This is a dangerous vehicle and i am concerned for my family's safety. The deal has refused to replace the car. |
