| Description of the problem | Since i purchased the car in 2016 the brakes keep making this loud sound and i have take to the dealer twice who told me nothing was wrong with it. So then i decided to take it to another shop who then told me it was my front and back brackes and rotors but car is not that old. So i went ahead and just paid to replace it to be safe and two days after this work was done it gave me the same sound and now they are tell me this is how it is supposed to sound. I have heard other jeeps just like mine make that same noise so i wonder if this is a issue with all the 2015 jeep patriots. It happens when i's trying to stop the car then it gives me that sound and sometimes when i'm driving i still can here the squealing sound. I know this is not normal at all. |
