Description of the problem	I was driving when all of sudden my jeep patriot started slowing down, limp and a bit out of my control. 3 lights turned on simultaneously. I pulled over to the side of the road. My engine started shaking and my jeep sounded odd so i turned it off. I waited a bit and turned it back on. I was able to drive it back home safely as i was less than a mile away. I started doing research and found that many jeep patriot owners have gone through the same thing. Apparently it's a throttle body issue that jeep has failed to recall or take acrion on. I had to pick up my son from school and this time the jeep went limp after less than half of a mile of driving. I struggled to take my car back home and had to keep turning on and off my car. This is very dangerous i was very lucky to just be in my neighborhood. I bought this car in july. These sort of issues shouldn't already be happening. I now will have to take it to a mechanic and spend hundreds of dollars for something i am not responsible for.
