Description of the problem	Driving along at speeds of 35 mph, the engine randomly shut off, locked the steering wheel, and came to a stop. This occurred on a residential street. The next day, the same issue occurred on a state route 28. A manual restart of the vehicle was required each time, and the issue occurs daily.
