Description of the problem	The roll over check valve inside the gas tank gets stuck. If it sticks up it prevents gas tank venting. If it sticks down it allows gas to flow from the vent if the vehicle were to roll over. Mine stuck up. When i disected the tank i had to pry the check valve out. Once i got it out i found it moves freely through 270 degrees, but if you rotate it through the other 90 degrees it gets stuck.
