Description of the problem	On the morning of 4/1/18 i was involved in a car accident when my car lost control and hit a tree going between 20-30mph. It was a head on collision where my air bags did not deploy and my seat belt did not tense during or after the collision. As such, i received a large laceration to my forehead when it hit the steering wheel. The accident occurred when i was making a slight left through an intersection near a residential area and the road was slick from a slight rain that was happening. I had skidded out through the intersection and before i knew what was happening i was colliding with the tree in front of me. There were no other parties involved.
