| Description of the problem | This recall has been recognized as increasing risk of injury in the event of certain crashes, however, there is still not a remedy from the dealer. The original recall date is september 2016, so it has been nearly a year. I feel that it would be imperative that a remedy is provided in a timely fashion to prevent the need to provide a recount of an injury due to a crash. Nearly a year seems extensive for providing a suitable resolution to an issue. |
