Description of the problem	I was backing my 2013 jeep patriot into a driveway when the driver's seat headrest suddenly and quickly exploded, punching me in the side of the head. I wasn't even touching it at the time. In the 4 or so years i have owned the vehicle, i have rarely even adjusted it. This could have been deadly if i'd been driving on the freeway at the time.
