Description of the problem	Heated mirrors: the mirrors are heated to melt frost or ice. This feature is activated whenever you turn on the rear window defroster. Using this feature during morning warm-up i was surprised to find the drivers side mirror with a top to bottom vertical crack down the mirror after a brief 15 minute warm-up period. This occurred in my driveway in an open area at a temperature of around 26 degree f. Faulty part or non-tempered glass used?
