Description of the problem	On may 18th 2017 my daughter had a crash that resulted in her death while driving her 2011 jeep patriot. She ran of of a fm road, jumped a small drainage culvert on a downgrade. Continued straight and hit another drainage culvert a little larger with cement around it on an upgrade with the passenger side front tire. On the other side of the culvert was a stop sign at an intersection. The stop side broke off damaging the windshield and roof on the passenger side. Then the vehicle continued into a private yard where the jeep came to rest. The jeep has a standard transmission and was found in 5th gear. A parametric lived close by and attended to her right away but was unable to revive her. The side curtain airbags both deployed and her seat belt locked although when the seat belt locked is not known. The front air bag did not deploy. This vehicle is involved in an incomplete recall without remedy pertaining to the occupant restraint system dated september 13th 2016. Fca recall s61. Nhtsa recall number 16v-668. ...
