| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2011 jeep patriot. The contact noticed that the front tires were worn and three sets of front tires had to be purchased. The contact took the vehicle to an independent mechanic who stated that the front end of the lower control arm bushing was deteriorated. In addition, while driving, the vehicle pulled to the left or right and the contact had to straighten the steering wheel. The dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and did not assist. The approximate failure mileage was 126,967. |
