| Description of the problem | During normal driving conditions, car was under braking, when a loud bang was heard. Immediately after, frequent popping/ banging was heard from the front end. After jacking the car up and looking for the source of the noise, it was noticed that the front frame crossmember subframe cradle had rusted severely enough that it broke where the font suspension connects to it. Vehicle is unsafe to drive now. |
