Description of the problem	I am making a compliant to your company about my airbags and seat belt pretension. I received a recall notice in july 2017 and went online to find out how and where to get the recall issue handled. While online i was informed that the parts needed to correct my seatbelt and airbag problem was not in. I applied to receive an email to inform me of when the part(s) needed to correct this issue would be in. I was given a reference number since 7/24/17 and i have not received anything on getting my car repaired. I drive this car daily and would like to know when it will be repaired. My feelings of safety or constantly been tested as i have to travel daily and this is my source of transportation. I feel that 6 months has been long enough to wait for something to be done. Your company has not addressed this issue in a timely manner and no updates have been emailed or sent to me. I believe that for some reason i have been overlooked. I am still awaiting the parts needed with a list of available dates to get serviced in my community. Very disappointed in how this situation has been handled. I have not been in an accident or had any serious issues with my vehicle. I am making this complaint because i feel that you as a company has neglected to fulfill your duty and provide me with the safety measures deserving of a consumer.
