Description of the problem	Car engine cuts out while stationary or trying to start moving. Steering wheel and shifter locks up. Then typically restarts right away. Check engine light thens comes on, but nothing shows up when running diagnostics. Very scared this will happen to me while going 70 on a highway. I could easily be hit. This seems to be a very common problem among this type of car.
