Description of the problem	While driving 65 mph down the highway with my son in the car, the car shuddered, lost all power and the powering steering must have gone as i could only turn the wheel with extreme force enough to coast off the side of the road. Car then cranked but check engine light was on. Drove slowly home. Was taking the very next morning to have service done and it happened again. This is very dangerous as there is no way to notify the cars behind you that you have no power or control. This turned out to be the crank shaft position sensor which i have read is a common issue and the 2016 was recalled for this as a church friend told me about his. I'm wondering with the safety risk involved why only the 2016 has been recalled. My father is a mechanic and he said he has never had a vehicle with this issue.
