Description of the problem	tl* the contact owns a 2011 jeep patriot. The contact stated that nhtsa campaign number: 16v668000 (seat belts, air bags) exceeded a reasonable amount of time for repair. The contact received the recall notification in december of 2016. The dealer (duluth dodge inc, 4755 miller trunk hwy, duluth, mn, 55811,) was notified of the recall in december of 2016 and informed that the parts were unavailable. The dealer was contacted in april of 2017 and they stated that the part was still not available. The dealer was contacted the last week in august 2017 and confirmed that they had the part available and scheduled an appointment for september 1st 2017, when the contact had arrived the dealer apologized that they no longer had the part and that they would reorder the part but in their name. The manufacturer was not contacted or made aware of the failure. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
