Description of the problem	It was recently brought to my attention from a friend who has the same year vehicle that the subframes on these jeep rots out and can cause a severe accident due to the suspension components coming loose. There is a recall from jeep for the 2007 year jeep patriot but no other year, even though they use the same part number subframe. My jeep has 65 thousand miles on it and the subframe doesnt look like it will last another 10000 miles. The metal is obviously defective because a vehicles frame should not rot out with only 65000 miles on it. The rest of the underneath of this vehicle is perfectly clean.
