| Description of the problem | During an overnight rain, water entered the vehicle from the sunroof, effecting the dome light, where water was dripping from. This has occurred several times throughout the years. Each time the dealer claims to have fixed it. It recurs about every 10 mos.,after a heavy rainfall. It causes mold and mildew on the roof liner, which is unhealthy, and water through the dome light, can easily cause a short and possible fire. This should be on the recall list, but as of yet no action has been taken. It is my understanding that many complaints on this issue have been filed, by owners of the patriot as well as other jeep vehicles. |
