| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2009 jeep patriot. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle would make a loud grinding noise. The contact also mentioned that the failure had gradually gotten worst and the vehicle would not shift into gear or turn on.
