Description of the problem	Daughter's 2009 jeep patriot 4x4 50,000 miles shuts off after filling up with fuel. Within a few minutes of fill up jeep shuts off and steering wheel locks up while driving. After letting car sit in the off position it will turn back on and may or may not repeat the same cycle depending on how long it is run before trying to proceed. Only occurs when filling tank completely; no issues when not filling the tank maximum capacity.
