Description of the problem	Vehicle has had stalling issues following refueling for several years now. Aside from after refueling the stalling is unpredictable as for timing. Sometimes it stalls immediately after refueling and starting the engine, other times it will stall after i'm already in traffic several minutes later. This creates a significant safety hazard.
