| Description of the problem | Car stalls after filling up tank. Started doing this 3 fill ups ago. Different gas stations. Gas tank is not "topped off". Stalling occurs for the next few miles or 10 minutes of use. Car is fine after that. Stalling occurs when rpm is under 1000 and does this when stopped or slowing down to make a turn. Added "heet" to tank, thinking water may have gotten in there from the gas station. Ruled that out after using a different gas station. Car has 130,000 miles on it. I have owned it since it had 30,000 miles on it. |
