| Description of the problem | Sunroof leaks; during a car wash or a simple rain. We have had the jeep to 2 different dealerships to be fixed. Funny, there is no record of them fixing the problem, which is obvious since it's still leaking. Each time we took the jeep to be "fixed" it was still under warranty. Now that it's not under warranty, it's like pulling nails just to get chrysler customer service to call back and or even attempt to help. My husband is convinced that since there is no fix to the leaking problem, they just "attempted" to repair it to get it out of warranty. Well, we are not done yet!!!! |
