Description of the problem	I took my jeep patriot in for a possible alignment issue to find that front ball joints needed to be replaced and my tires were worn down to the wire. These tires were not even a year old and back tires still look brand new. The tire shop said that this was incredibly unsafe and suggested it to be towed. The dealership acknowledged this to be a common problem for the jeep, but a non dealership mechanic told us this is not something that should happen to a vehicle only 4 years old with 65,000 miles. It angers me that there is not a recall because if i would have lost a tire the wreck could be deadly. This is a common jeep problem found on almost all jeep forums online.
