Description of the problem	My daughter's jeep has an extended warranty due to the rust and holes in the jeep's crossmembers. The gave me as reference x58. She needs them replaced as there are large holes in them, but the dealership told her if they couldn't get it off they would have to cut other parts and she would be responsible for the cost of the parts and labor (approximately $400) which the dealership said is typical. I've been in touch with customer service at jeep and they said she would first have to have the work done and then if there was a charge they would "consider" helping. So she would have to pay for the repair first. This hardly seems right. Is there any recourse?
