| Description of the problem | Took my 2007 jeep patriot in for a oil change, was told that the tie rod's were very lose. The mechanic did not want me to drive it home for fear of the tie rods breaking lose and causing me to crash. My warranty has expired and i did not have the 700. 00 to fix it. Mechanic said this should not happen on a vehicle with only 55,000 miles on it. Updated 11/01/11*lj the lower control arm was also replaced. Updated 11/02/11 |
