| Description of the problem | 5 months ago there was water leaking from rear dome light and headliner. I took it to the dealership. They were unable to duplicate the problem and said it was probably the sun roof seal. So i replaced that at $241. 00. It happened again and worse. They are still unable to duplicate the problem. The dealership wants to pull the headliner to "look" for the problem at a $500. 00 cost to me. If this is a common issue with jeep patriots... Why are they doing nothing to assist the customer? This is nothing i have done to cause the problem. What ever happened to good old customer service with a product that is defective? *js |
