Description of the problem	Ever since i had tires put on, the seals leak and i was told it was an issue with jeep patriot rims. Electronic throttle control randomly comes on and the car wont go, i have to pull over and restart (intermittent problem over several months) now the the electronic stability control malfunction light came on and wont go over 20mph. Ive read several complaints. Why no recalls on this?!?!?
