| Description of the problem | I have been having a very dangerous issue with my jeep. It stalls numerous times after i get fuel. It has come to my attention that this is a common issue with jeep patriots. It has also come to my attention that there is a recall on the 2012+ models for the issue. I am wondering why there is not a recall on the 2009 model that i have? After extensive research, it appears that this is a ver common problem with the 2007-2009 models as well. This issue is incredibly dangerous, and has nearly caused me to be in an accident numerous times. Being my only mode of transportation, i have no choice but to drive it. Why has jeep not issued a recall for all years, it clearly affects more than just 2012+ vehicles. |
