Description of the problem	In august of 2018 i have my car in the dealership getting a rear wheel bearing, cv axle changed out. This year i had it in the dealership again for the same issue but different rear wheel bearing. Dealership informed me then that my vehicle cross members & sub frame in both front & rear needed to be replaced and quoted me accordingly. I feel that the sub frames & cross members have been rusty since i purchased the vehicle used from this dealership in 2015. When i found information on the x69 extended warranty for this exact rust issue, i feel that i have been taken a fool that the dealership neglected to alert me in 2018 when my warranty expired at the end of the year, just to bring it up again in 2019 to make a buck. I contacted chrysler as well (6-3-19). They feigned their vip system was down and couldn't look up dealership info??? They said they would call me back and even had my contact information on hand (how can they have that info just from me name or vin?) chrysler still hasn't called me back. I am pissed about this.
