Description of the problem	After refueling the patriot i drove approximately 1/4 mile and the vehicle bucked, shuddered and shut off. The steering wheel locked in place and since there was no vacuum pressure the breaks we're not very effective. I was able to restart the vehicle after putting it in nuetral while on the entrance ramp to an interstate. This was the second time this had happened and until now i did not know they incidents were connected. The first time it occurred i had just refueled and was pulling up at a stop light and it turned off while i was stopping for the light.
