Description of the problem	I filled up the jeep with gas while stationary and off. I turned on the jeep and the engine turned over fine. I stopped at the stop sign while exiting the gas station, and the engine stalled and the wheel locked. This happens every time i fill up. The engine stalls for several days after fill up anytime i come to a full stop. Thankfully, i have yet to get into an accident but, i no longer feel confident that this vehicle will remain reliable. This malfunction could cause serious accidents or the inability to move out of the way in an emergency.
