Description of the problem	It began to rain so we turned on our wipers only to find that we had no wipers. They will turn on sometimes, but only on the highest setting, yet at a less than minimal speed. We thought it could be a loose connection or something seeing as our vehicle is only 3 years old, but when we went to the jeep dealership to fix it theft said it was the wiper computer module and would cost nearly 1000 dollars to fix. Unfortunately we did not have the money at the time to replace it.
