| Description of the problem | 2007 jeep patriot 4x4 with almost 37k miles needs new rear brakes and ball joints. Repair is approximately $1,000. This has never been taken off roading although it is "trail rated" . Brakes and ball joints should not fail so soon and the consumer should not have to pay such a high repair cost. Jeeppatriot. Com and other sites have several complaints on the same issue. This could be a serious safety issue, especially if there were an inexperienced driver at the wheel! |
