| Description of the problem | The vehicle was purchased new in may 2019 currently has 2700 miles on the odometer. I was traveling along the highway and began hearing a loud noise that seemed to be emanating from my undercarriage. I drove to first off-ramp to inspect and discovered a part of the braking system had broken. The vehicle was no longer drivable and had to be towed to a dealership. Later, the service writer informed me that a caliper had broken and that damages would be covered under warranty. I was not provided with a cause for this failure. |
