Description of the problem	When taking off and sometimes while driving, the rpm's reb way up, engine slows down, eats gas like crazy. Have to stop, turn engine off, and start again. In heavy traffic on express way, very difficult to stop and start again. Repairman cannot find problem. Happens at different times and to often for me. Nov 10th was the last time.
