Description of the problem	Rattle noise heard on cold start lasting 2-3 seconds. Noise noted after initial oil change. The noise was heard 5/2017. Taken to dealerahip several times in 2017 and 2018 and they stated it was the starter. Left vehicle over night so dealership could hear noise and they did hear rattle. They said it was the starter and replaced starter. This dealer even suggested that the noise was coming from the lifters. No suggestion as to how that could be corrected. Other than that no resolution. Noise continues dealership said other vechicles like my vehicle makes the same noise. My vehicle was made a star case by chrysler no resolution. Stated issue on jeep forum a jeep cares specialist noted complaint and suggested i go to another dealership. Took vehicle to another jeep dealership only to hear that it was the starter and other vehicles like my vehicle does the same thing. No resolution. The vehicle is always parked, weather can be hot or cold and vehicle is parked 6 more hours. Noise continues. I
