| Description of the problem | Our 2017 grand jeep cherokee did not start this morning. The brake would not soften so we knew there was an issue. When we put our foot on the brake and pressed the start button nothing turned over but all the lights went on. This happened about 6 months ago and jeep replaced the battery. Obviously it is something else. It appears there is a fuel injection recall but no parts are available yet. When is the eta for these parts? We bought two jeeps because we thought they were safe. After four tries, the car started from remote start. |
