Description of the problem	The car was in eco mode. The car was driving on a residential street and was stopped for a train crossing. When the gas pedal was used to go forward the engine raced quickly to 4500 rpms and would not slow down until manually placed in neutral for several seconds. After driving on interstate 135 and coming to a stop at an exit, the car went into eco mode, when the gas pedal was used to put the car into motion the engine raced to 6000 rpms and was trying to accelerate to an unsafe speed. The engine would not slow down. This has happened 4 times in the last 3 weeks. The dealership was notified. Attempts we were told were to diagnose this problem, but the issue has not been resolved. An update on software was done after the first two issues of the uninitiated accelerated rpms of the engine occurred. After software was updated there have been two uninitiated accelerations of the rpms. We were concerned for uncontrolled accelerations of the vehicle. The dealership has been notified of our concerns, however a resolution hasn't been done. We are concerned for safety. This has happened on august7 (twice), august 10, august 20.
