Description of the problem	On 10/12/18 i was getting ready to go to work however when i tried to open my car it would not open my car was parking the parking lot of where i live i called nielsen dodge and they help me to open the car manually and silence the alarm but the car was not turning on and neither the dealer nor the people from ucconect could remotely start my jeep, my car was towed to nielsen dodge in rt 10 and it has been there for two weeks now and they still cannot give me an estimate as to when my car will be fixed or if it will be fixed. On 10/24/18 chrysler sent out an engineer to look at my jeep and i went in today for a follow up and the told they have to order a part but they do not know how will it take for the part to arrive, my case number with chrysler is 57198050. I read online and see other people having similar issues with 2017 jeep grand cherokee not turning on please help me with this matter as it is now been 2 weeks and i just need to know if or when the car will be fixed.
