Description of the problem	I purchased a new jeep cherokee summit vin # [xxx] , be advised the car cannot be registered, and is in recall . The dealership stopped returning phone calls ,and cannot be reached . I believe there is some type of fraud ongoing, if this cannot be rectified immediately , i am left with no other recourse than to notify the police , and get my attorney's involved.
