Description of the problem	Within months of purchase of new 2016 jeep, there was a powertrain recall. We were at 7788 mileage when the powertrain was reprogrammed. The jerking of the jeep while braking continued to be a problem. They reprogrammed the powertrain again at mile 48,254. We went in again in mile 53,259 for transmission concerns. , again at mile 57,227 there were harsh upshifts while driving on the highway and at 58,273 they replaced the transmission. Within a week, we had the same jerking happening while braking and upshifts while driving. So just 3 weeks after new transmission, it burnt up on the middle of the highway. We had to be towed and it sits in the dealer shop for over a month now. It is getting it's third transmission. (been to the service shop 6 times in 3 years) no warranty for the manufacturer.... Fca washes their hands. Lemon law is voided with the number of miles and yet the problem began in the first 10,000 miles. No communication by dealership. Manager promised us a trade and ignored our emails. They fired the service tech, or he quit. We need a different car to drive and no one seems to help us with this.
